NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN OR PLAY. To obtain a free Sweepstakes Game Piece send a handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: LUCKY CALL P.O. BOX 320638, BIRMINGHAM, AL 35232 . Limit one (1) request per envelope per day. Requests must be postmarked by 12/31/2025 and received by 1/07/2026. Typed, computer generated, or otherwise mechanically reproduced outer envelopes/requests are NOT allowed and will not be accepted. SWEEPSTAKES STARTS ON AUGUST 1, 2022 AND ENDS ON DECEMBER 31, 2025 (THE "ENTRY PERIOD") or while supplies last.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Lucky Call Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of FL, NY, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WA and Puerto Rico), who are 18 years of age or older. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS. Employees of Lucky Call, LLC ("Sponsor"), and their distributors, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, Sweepstakes Game Piece suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes and the immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such employees, are not eligible to play or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Lucky Call, LLC whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of the winners.

2. HOW TO PLAY: During the Entry Period, when you purchase a prepaid phone card at participating retailers (while supplies last), inside or under the scratch-off is (1) Sweepstakes Game Piece. PURCHASING A PHONE CARD DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

INSTANT WIN SWEEPSTAKES - Separate the cover from the calling card portion by peeling off the top ply indicated by "LIFT AND PEEL". The results of the sweepstakes promotional game piece will be shown in the box. Instant winner cash prizes up to and including $450 must be claimed at the location where you purchased the pre-paid phone card. The Toll Free Access # and PIN # of the phone card are also found inside. The pre-paid phone card and PIN # portion of the card is retained by cutting the winning Sweepstakes piece from the pre-paid phone card. If you reveal a winning Sweepstakes message, you are a potential winner, subject to verification and the terms of these official rules. 3. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners may be required to sign and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, applicable tax documents and publicity release within fourteen (14) days of Sponsor's mailing of these documents or at time of prize award. If a potential winner fails to return by the required date the properly signed affidavit and releases or other prize documentation, or chooses to decline a prize for any reason, or fails to comply with any Sweepstakes requirements, the prize may be forfeited. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable, or inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner may result in disqualification. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes (including, but not limited to, the posting of winners names on its website) without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Entrants consent to jurisdiction and venue in Birmingham, Alabama, and all claims must be resolved in the appropriate state and federal courts of Birmingham, Alabama.

4. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Sponsor, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, partners, advertising and promotions agencies, prize providers and each of their respective parents, officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees (the "Released Parties") are not responsible for claims which are late, lost, stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed, damaged or illegible. Sweepstakes materials are automatically void if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels, or if any part is defective, defaced, duplicated, counterfeited/mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if Sweepstakes materials contain, or are the result of, a printing, seeding, human, electronic, typographical, mechanical or other errors or omissions, or do not contain proper security devices. No more than the number of prizes stated herein will be awarded. If printing, seeding or other errors result in more valid, eligible prize claims in any prize category than the number of prizes set forth in these official rules, all such eligible, non-suspect prize claims received for that prize category will be combined in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes in that category on or about 1/07/2026. Sponsor's sole liability for any irregular Sweepstakes Game Piece or Sweepstakes Game Piece containing printing or other errors is replacement with another Sweepstakes Piece (while supplies last). Sponsor reserves the right to terminate/cancel the Sweepstakes if printing, or other errors or problems compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and award Grand Prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such termination/cancellation. Any dispute over the value of the winning game piece shall be determined by Lucky Call, LLC. The decisions of Lucky Call, LLC shall be final. ANY PERSON ATTEMPTING TO FORGE SWEEPSTAKES MATERIALS OR TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Participants assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in this Sweepstakes and release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against all claims, actions, damages, and any such liability, in connection therewith. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any other persons' computer (whether hardware or software), relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Sweepstakes. By playing the Sweepstakes, all entrants release Released Parties from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, actions or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, related to personal injury, death, damage to property, infringement of proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy or defamation) arising out of or in connection with: (1) playing the Sweepstakes; (2) acceptance of any prize or (3) anything related to the Sweepstakes or the awarding of prizes.
